Working Hours

When do I have to work?

You work on Saturdays – that's it! The newspapers should be distributed by the weekend.

You decide when you start! Most delivery people start between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. Depending on the district size, you'll be out for 1-2 hours.

Perfect for:

  • Students (use the weekend)
  • Working people (side income on Saturday)
  • Retirees (stay active)
  • Stay-at-home parents (flexible income)
How flexible are the working hours?

Very flexible! You are your own boss and decide:

  • when you start on Saturday (as long as finished by noon)
  • how fast you work (leisurely or quickly)
  • which route you take and which street you start and end with.
How long does it take for one district?

It depends on the size of your district and your speed. After a few weeks you will become more experienced and faster with the distribution.

Can I distribute multiple districts?

Only by agreement and prior review possible.

Payment

How much do I earn?

Your earnings depend on the number of newspapers delivered and districts, which will be discussed with you in advance and contractually agreed upon.

Perfect as:

  • Pocket money supplement for students
  • Side income alongside main job
  • Additional income for retirees
  • Flexible income for stay-at-home parents
  • Mini-job with little or no taxes
How is payment made?

You receive your money monthly by bank transfer to your account – always on the 15th of the following month.

Example: Work in January → Payment on February 15th

You will receive a detailed statement by email or post with all details about your deliveries.

Are there bonuses or premiums?

Yes!

  • Referral bonus: Recommend us! For every new delivery person you recruit who stays for at least 3 months, there is a bonus.
  • Holiday substitute bonus: If you want to distribute an additional district during the holidays, we pay an additional bonus.
Do I pay taxes?

In most cases: NO! We only hire mini-jobbers (marginal/short-term employment).

For students, stay-at-home parents and retirees without a main job:

  • No taxes on your earnings
  • No social security contributions
  • Up to €556 per month completely tax-free
  • No paperwork – we take care of everything

Exception: People with a main job (tax class 6):

  • If you already have a main job, you will receive tax class 6.
  • In this case, taxes apply (approx. 30-40% of earnings).
  • Tip: Still attractive as a side job.

Types of employment with us:

  • Marginal employment (mini-job): Regular Saturdays, up to €556/month
  • Short-term employment: Limited to max. 12 months
